The apartment is located in the heart of Playa del Inglés, the busiest and most attractive part of Maspalomas, right on Avenida de Tirajana, one of the city's main communication arteries, but in a quiet and safe area. The famous Yumbo shopping center is only 5 minutes walk away, the Cita 10 minutes, the famous dunes of Maspalomas and the beach 15 minutes. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and several bus lines stop right at the door. All the necessary daily services are also available nearby such as banks, supermarkets, health services, etc. On the ground floor of the building, three economical and very practical restaurants are open every day of the year.
