DEFINITIONS

Luxury Holidays Ibiza: Trading name of Spain IBI Group Limited, Company No. 35645643.

Owner, Owners: The owner(s) of the holiday accommodation.

The Agent, Agency: Company representing, managing, and booking properties listed on Luxury Holidays Ibiza.

Hirer, Guest(s): The person renting the accommodation, named on the booking form and confirmation. Must be an adult legally allowed to enter contracts under English Law.

Luxury Holidays Ibiza, Ibi Group Limited, The Company: Business acting on behalf of Owners and Agents as a marketing and advertising service only; not contractually responsible for the booking.

Provisional: Dates reserved but not yet confirmed by Owner or Agent.

Confirmed Reservation: Booking confirmed when deposit or full payment plus booking fee is received.

Booking: Used interchangeably with reservation.

Damage Deposit: Amount required to cover damage or extra cleaning; refundable depending on claims.

Damage Deposit Waiver: Non-refundable one-time payment as an alternative to Damage Deposit covering accidental damage up to the deposit amount; excludes malicious damage or misuse.
